These terms govern use of najakemanie.beauty and purchases from Najakemanie BV, Brussels, Belgium.
Orders confirmed by email or phone. Same-day delivery available for Brussels orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays. We cannot guarantee specific flower varieties due to seasonal availability.
All prices in EUR including 21% Belgian VAT unless stated. Wedding and event deposits: 40% non-refundable upon booking.
Standard bouquet orders may be cancelled up to 4 hours before delivery for full refund. Subscription cancellations require 7 days notice.
Workshop fees refundable if cancelled 48 hours in advance. Late arrivals may not be accommodated due to class structure.
Flowers are perishable natural products. We are not liable for deterioration after delivery. Maximum liability limited to order value.
Belgian law applies. Disputes subject to Brussels courts. EU consumer rights preserved.
