Our Story

Najakemanie opened in 2018 when Isabelle Vermeersch left a career in fashion to pursue her lifelong passion for flowers. Named after the Japanese concept of finding beauty in impermanence, our atelier on Rue Antoine Dansaert celebrates seasonal blooms and sustainable sourcing.

Our Values

We prioritise flowers from Belgian and Dutch growers, reducing transport miles and supporting local agriculture. Foam-free arrangements, compostable wrapping, and reusable vessels are standard across all our services.

The Atelier

Our ground-floor studio doubles as a shop and workshop space. Passers-by watch our florists at work through large windows — a deliberate invitation to slow down and appreciate craft in the heart of Brussels.

Recognition

Featured in Elle Belgium and awarded Best Florist Brussels by Bruxelles Ma Ville readers in 2024. Member of Fleurconnect, the Belgian professional florists association.
